Healthy Smoothies/Shakes

Delicious and Nutritious: 15 Super-Healthy Smoothie Recipes

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 cup Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries, or any other type of berry or Bananas

– 6 oz. Greek Vanillia or Almond non-fat yogurt

– 1 cup spinach leaves

-1 tablespoon honey

-skim or almond milk

-Hand full of Ice Cubes

Directions: Put everything in the blender and mix! Enjoy!

Banana Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

– 2 Ripe Bananas

– 1 big scoop of peanut butter

– 1 cup raw oatmeal

– 1 hand full of chocolate chips

Directions: Mix together well and roll into balls. Place on baking sheet in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy!

Description – Arms/Shoulders/Back. I like this workout because it involves few machines and mostly free weights.Β  I recommend using 4-12 lbs. dumbbells for each exercise. Enjoy!

Duration – 30-45 minutes, includes a 45 seconds rest in between each set

Arm Circles/Figure Eights (do this with 2.5 lbs. plates) 2 minutes x2
Reverse Fly 20-20-20
Standing Dumbbell Bicep Curl 20-20-20
Punch 20-20-20
Tricep lying extension (on bench) 20-20-20
Pull ups on squat bar (start laying on floor and pull yourself up) 10-10-10-10
